- Key Responsibilities
- Operational QS and cost support services focused on quantities, cost comparisons, and invoice review preparation
- Prepare BOQ comparisons, quantity reconciliations, and unit price analyses.
- Support invoice review through formal checks of quantities, evidence, and progress status.
- Maintain cost reports, forecast lists, and change cost logs.
- Prepare budget/commitment/actuals overviews.
- Clarify data gaps with planners, project controls, or German buddy.

Requirements / Competencies




- 2-5 years of experience as QS, Cost Assistant, Estimator Support, or Commercial Project Support.
- Understanding of BOQ, unit rates, quantity assumptions, and cost structures.
- Very positive Excel skills; initial experience with take-off tools desirable.
- Confident English; German skills helpful.
- Basic understanding of DIN 276/cost groups or international cost codes advantageous.

Tools & Work Equipment
- Advanced Excel, cost tracker, PDF/plan viewer, CDE, optional CostX/Bluebeam/Power BI.

KPIs / Performance Evidence
- Quality of quantity and cost reconciliations.
- Share of formal invoice checks completed without queries.
- Currency of forecast/change log.
- Traceability of sources and assumptions.
