ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Learning & Talent Development - Planning, Delivering, Evaluation
- Analyze, Design, Develop & Evaluate training programs across the organization.
- Develop and monitor training assessment post all the sessions
- Engage with leaders and managers across the organization to understand their needs and develop a range of interventions to support their ongoing development.
- Contribute in development, revision, and evaluation of training course content.
- Provide Management reviews and reports as required.
- Ensure learning interventions are High impact and engaging as per learners group needs.

Consultancy and Monitoring
- Meet with the key stakeholders including senior management to identify training needs for employee development.
- Plan & create employee development strategies and solutions to meet long and short-term business needs.
