- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop demand forecasts using historical data and market inputs.
- Maintain optimal inventory levels and prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
- Prepare weekly and monthly S&OP; reports.
- Manage Purchase Orders and coordinate with suppliers for timely procurement.
- Identify and implement inventory optimization and cost-reduction initiatives.
- Coordinate with Finance for invoice reconciliation and payment tracking.




- Oversee daily dispatch operations including picking, packing, labelling, and shipment coordination.
- Ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment within SLA timelines.
- Maintain dispatch records and shipping documentation.
- Implement FIFO/FEFO practices and WMS best practices.
- Monitor operational KPIs including dispatch accuracy and order fill rates.
- Manage transportation planning for inbound and outbound shipments.
- Coordinate with 3PL partners, couriers, and freight providers.
- Track shipments and resolve operational issues proactively.
- Maintain MIS reports and provide operational insights to management.
- Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0-3 years of experience in Supply Chain, Warehouse Operations, Logistics, Procurement, or Inventory Management.
- Solid knowledge of inventory control, dispatch operations, and transportation manage
