- The Role:
Key Accountabilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for General Trade (GT) and Modern Trade (MT) sales roles — from Territory Sales Officer to Regional/Zonal Sales Manager level
- Partner with Sales Leadership, Regional Business Heads, and HRBPs to understand hiring needs across territories and zones
- Drive pan-India hiring for field sales roles, including remote/on-ground hiring drives in Tier 2/3 towns and rural markets




- Source and build talent pipelines for niche sales profiles — Key Account Managers, Distributor Sales Managers, Channel Sales Managers
- Conduct market mapping of competitor organizations (FMCG, consumer durables, beverages) to benchmark sourcing strategy
- Manage high-volume hiring for junior/mid-level field sales roles alongside niche/leadership hiring for senior sales positions
- Track and report hiring metrics (TAT, offer-to-join ratio, source-wise effectiveness) to leadership
- Build and maintain strong vendor relationships for regional/local hiring support where needed
- Ensure compliance with company hiring policies and budget/compensation guidelines across territories

Skills & Requirements:
- 5-10 years of recruitment experience, with significant exposure to Trade Sales hiring (GT/MT) in manufacturing, FMCG, or consumer durables
- Proven experience hiring across multiple geographies/territories, including rural/semi-urban m
