Job Title: Commercial Manager (Finance & Commercial)
Location: Valsad,Gujarat
Experience: 5+ Years

Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / Inter CA
ERP: SAP S/4 HANA (mandatory)

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end commercial and finance operations of the manufacturing unit.
- Prepare and analyze monthly MIS, financial reports, and management dashboards.
- Monitor budgets, forecasts, cash flow, and working capital.
- Ensure timely closure of monthly and annual financial statements.
- Handle costing, inventory valuation, and manufacturing cost analysis.
- Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, statutory audits, and internal audits.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, and government authorities.
- Monitor procurement, commercial agreements, and vendor payment processes.
- Ensure accuracy of financial transactions in SAP S/4 HANA.




- Develop and implement internal financial controls and process improvements.
- Support management with financial analysis for strategic decision-making.
- Coordinate with production, stores, procurement, and sales teams to streamline commercial operations.
