Permanent Experience 7-12 years Industry Fire Protection / Commercial Kitchen Equipment / Hospitality

Key Responsibilities - Develop and execute a regional sales strategy for kitchen fire suppression systems targeting hotels, restaurants, QSR chains, cloud kitchens, and institutional kitchens
- Identify and build relationships with key decision-makers including F&B; managers, facility heads, procurement teams, and project consultants
- Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts; ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term retention
- Recruit, onboard, and manage channel partners, dealers, and system integrators across the territory
- Lead client meetings, site surveys, technical presentations, and commercial negotiations from enquiry to order closure
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual regional sales targets - Monitor competitor activity, pricing,



and market trends; feed insights back to the product and marketing teams - Represent Swastik Synergy at trade events, industry forums, and hospitality exhibitions

What We Are Looking For - Self-starter who will be able to build a territory from the ground up and grow existing accounts
- Excellent consultative selling skills with the ability to understand customer requirements and position solutions effectively
- Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills; comfortable engaging from site engineers to CXOs
- Familiarity with commercial kitchen design, MEP consultants, FSSAI norms, or fire safety codes is a strong advantage
- Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and basic technical documentation

- 7-12+ years of sales or business development experience in fire protection, commercial kitchen equipment, HVAC, MEP, or related B2B industries
