Job Summary: OE Mill Production Supervisor

The Shift Supervisor will assist in supervising and monitoring the production activities in the Open-End (OE) Spinning department. The role involves ensuring smooth shift operations, maintaining product quality, achieving production targets, and ensuring safety and discipline among the workforce.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage shift operations in the OE spinning section.
- Ensure all machines run efficiently with mínimal downtime.
- Assist in planning and achieving daily production and quality targets.
- Maintain records of production, waste, and machine performance.
- Supervise operators, doffers, and helpers to ensure smooth workflow.
- Identify and report any mechanical or electrical issues to maintenance.
- Ensure proper material feeding (sliver) and monitor yarn quality continuously.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the department.
- Conduct shift handovers and communicate key points to the next supervisor.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives in productivity and quality.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
