Role Description

We are looking for a creative and strategic Senior Social Media Manager with 2+ years of agency experience to lead social media strategy and execution for multiple client accounts.

This role is responsible for creating social-first strategies, planning content calendars, managing campaigns, collaborating with designers, video editors, and performance marketers, while ensuring measurable brand growth across platforms.

This is not just a posting role.
This is an ownership role.

- Not a coordinator who simply follows instructions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media Strategy
- Build monthly social media strategies aligned with client business goals.
- Create platform-specific content plans for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
- Understand audience behavior and recommend content accordingly.
- Stay updated with industry trends, platform updates, and algorithm changes.
- Present strategy confidently during client meetings.

2. Content Planning & Calendar Management
- Create monthly content calendars with campaign objectives.
- Develop content pillars for each brand.
- Plan static creatives, reels, stories, carousels, and campaign content.
- Ensure consistency in brand voice and messaging.
- Coordinate approvals before publishing.
