Key ResponsibilitiesLead Management & Qualification
- Call and engage with leads generated through digital marketing campaigns, property portals, social media, and other sources.
- Understand customer requirements, budgets, timelines, and preferences.
- Qualify leads and identify genuine prospects for the sales team.
- Schedule and coordinate site visits (walk-ins) with interested customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
- Follow up consistently to maximize lead-to-walk-in conversion.

Data Calling & Database Management
- Conduct outbound calling on company-provided databases.
- Generate interest among prospective buyers and investors.
- Re-engage inactive or old leads through structured follow-up campaigns.
- Ensure all lead information is updated and maintained accurately.

Channel Partner Activation & Onboarding
- Reach out to real estate channel partners and brokers to introduce project offerings.
- Build relationships with new channel partners and reactivate dormant partners.
- Coordinate partner registrations, onboarding,



and engagement activities.
- Maintain regular communication with channel partners regarding inventory, offers, and project updates.
- Support the sales team in driving channel partner visits and business.

Coordination & Reporting
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to improve lead conversion.
- Share daily calling reports, lead status updates, and walk-in reports.
- Achieve monthly targets for lead qualification, walk-ins, and channel partner activation.

Required Skills:
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
- Solid persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Comfortable with outbound calling and customer interactions.
- Basic understanding of CRM systems and Microsoft Excel.
- Good follow-up and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and organized.
