We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Student Counselor to join our growing team and support students in making informed career decisions.

Job Summary- The Student Counselor will be responsible for handling student inquiries, providing guidance on training programs, counseling prospective students regarding career opportunities, and driving admissions. The role requires solid communication skills, relationship-building abilities, and a passion for helping students achieve their career goals.

Key Responsibilities-

Student Counseling & Admissions




- Counsel prospective students regarding courses, curriculum, fees, placements, certifications, and career opportunities.
- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable training programs.
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into admissions.
- Assist students throughout the enrollment and onboarding process.

Lead Management & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of leads, counseling interactions, and admission status.
- Update CRM, Excel sheets, and other reporting systems regularly.
- Generate and share daily, weekly, and monthly admission reports.

Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students, existing students, and alumni.
- Address student concerns and provide timely resolutions.
- Support student engagement activities and events as required.

Coordination & Support
- Coordinate with trainers and internal teams to ensure a smooth admission proces
