We're Hiring - IT Executive (International BPO)

Position: IT Executive
Openings: 1
Salary: Up to ₹30,000 per month (Based on Experience)

Job Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the ViciDial system.
- Handle network installation, configuration, and maintenance.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Configure desktops, laptops, printers, IP phones, and other IT equipment.
- Install, upgrade, and maintain operating systems and software.
- Monitor system performance and ensure mínimal downtime.
- Provide technical support to users and resolve IT issues promptly.
- Perform regular system backups and preventive maintenance.
- Coordinate with vendors whenever required.

Key Requirements
- Hands-on experience with ViciDial is mandatory.
- Good knowledge of Networking, LAN/WAN, routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware and software issues.




- Experience in system configuration and IT infrastructure management.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple technical tasks.
- Must be flexible with shifts, as shift timings are not fixed.
- Prior experience in an International BPO environment will be an added advantage.
