Role Overview
The PMO & Business Operations team member will support the business unit by driving program governance, operational discipline, and execution excellence across internal and client-facing initiatives. The role will work closely with Partners, Directors,
engagement teams, and enabling functions to ensure effective planning, tracking, reporting, financial control, and risk management across engagements and strategic programs.
Key Responsibilities
PMO & Engagement Governance
- Establish and manage PMO governance across business unit programs and client engagements
- Track engagement plans, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and issues
- Ensure adherence to firm‑wide project management, quality, and risk management standards
- Support leadership reviews and governance forums with structured reporting and insights
Business Operations & Delivery Support
- Support resource planning, utilization tracking, and capacity management across engagements
- Monitor operational KPIs related to delivery health, timelines, and productivity
- Drive timely follow‑ups and closure of action items across cross‑functional teams
