- Role Summary: Defines enterprise architecture, solution design and governance across ServiceNow platform.
- Key Responsibilities:

Define end-to-end ServiceNow architecture
- Design integrations and data models
- Ensure scalability, security and performance
- Lead solution design across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SPM
- Provide architectural governance and standards
- Support complex solutioning and pre-sales

Skills & Experience:

Solid architecture experience in ServiceNow platform
- Expertise in CMDB, Discovery, Integration architecture
- Experience with enterprise integrations and custom apps
- Knowledge of SecOps, ITAM and platform capabilities
- Certifications: CTA, CAD, CIS (preferred)
