Core Responsibilities General Cleaning: Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sweeping all rooms and common areas. Sanitization: Deep cleaning bathrooms (toilets, showers, mirrors) and kitchens (appliances, countertops, sinks). Linen Management: Stripping and making beds, changing towels, and handling laundry (washing, drying, folding, and ironing). Waste Removal: Emptying trash bins and ensuring recyclables are sorted correctly. Inventory Tracking: Monitoring cleaning supplies and reporting when stocks are low to ensure no disruption in service. Organization: Tidying up clutter and ensuring furniture and decor are placed according to the established layout.

Hospitality-Specific Tasks Standardized Room Setup: Following a strict "brand standard" for towel folds, amenity placement (soaps, shampoos), and bed styling. Reporting Maintenance: Checking for burnt-out bulbs, leaking faucets, or damaged furniture and logging them for the engineering team. Turn-down Service: Providing evening refreshes,



such as closing curtains and placing fresh water by the bedside. Guest Interaction: Addressing guest requests for extra pillows or supplies with a professional and helpful demeanor.

Key Skills & Requirements Attention to Detail: Noticing the small things, like dust on a high shelf or a smudge on a glass door. Physical Stamina: The ability to remain on your feet for long periods, lift moderate loads (like heavy mattresses), and perform repetitive motions. Time Management: Completing tasks efficiently to meet "check-in" deadlines or daily schedules. Knowledge of Chemicals: Understanding which cleaning agents are safe for specific surfaces (e.g., marble vs. wood) to avoid damage.
