We are looking for a creative and internet-savvy Content Writer who understands social media, short-form content, trends, hooks, and audience psychology.
- This is not a traditional script writing role._

We need someone who can take raw transcripts, interviews, audio recordings, notes, and long-form content and turn them into engaging scripts, content ideas, and social media assets for platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and Shorts.

Responsibilities
- Convert raw content into engaging short-form scripts.
- Create hooks, story angles, and content concepts.
- Repurpose long-form content into multiple content formats.
- Work closely with editors and content teams.
- Research trends and audience behavior.

Requirements:
- 1-3 years of relevant experience.
- Solid understanding of Instagram, YouTube, Shorts, and creator ecosystems.
- Excellent storytelling and writing skills.
- Understanding of viral content,



retention, and social media trends.
- Self-driven, creative, and resourceful.

- Have managed your own page, channel, or content project.
- Have worked with creators, brands, or digital agencies.
