Responsibilities:
- Participate in requirement elicitation and technical discussions to understand customer needs and translate them into actionable design specifications.
- Integrate Maxwell solutions/electronics components into customer systems(vehicle/energy storage systems) through thorough documentation, onboarding and customer visits.

Requirements:
Must-Have Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering, or related field, 2025 passout having 8 GPA or above.
- Proficiency in embedded system engineering, digital/analog electronics, and communication protocols (CAN, J1939, SPI).
- Strong programming skills in Embedded C and familiarity with JSON for data exchange, python for data parsing/analysis




- Excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts effectively.
- Preferably familiar with industry standards such as ISO26262, UL standards, and AIS.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders in a rapid-paced environment.
- Self-motivated with a passion for innovation and a drive to deliver high-quality solutions that meet customer expectations.
- Ability to engage in requirement elicitation, technical negotiation, and stakeholder management.
