Salary: ₹20,000 to ₹40,000 per month (depending on qualifications and experience)

We run data operations focused on collecting, processing, and structuring large datasets into clean, accurate, and usable data products. Our work involves building automated pipelines, enriching raw records with additional information, and delivering high quality structured datasets to clients who rely on them for business intelligence and decision making.

Role Description:
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operations Assistant located in Indore. The individual will support an active data operation that we are currently running, working closely with me on day to day tasks.

Responsibilities include running and monitoring data processes, cleaning and structuring datasets, automating repetitive tasks, and keeping operations organized and on track.

Key Responsibilities:




Support and monitor ongoing data operations on a day to day basis

Write and debug Python scripts to process data and automate repetitive tasks

Clean, organize, and structure messy data into usable formats using Excel

Maintain clear documentation of processes and results

Communicate progress and issues clearly with the team

Take loosely defined tasks and turn them into clean, reliable output

Coordinate with the team to keep operations running smoothly

Stay organized and detail oriented across multiple tasks

Skills We Value:
Strong written and verbal English communication

Proficiency in Python (writing and debugging scripts, working with data)

Confidence in Excel (formulas, data cleanup, structuring data)

A proactive, detail oriented, and reliable approach to work

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
