Profile : Farm Manager

Reporting To: Farm Head / Operations Manager

We are hiring an experienced Farm Manager to oversee the daily operations of our dairy farm. The role involves ensuring proper animal care, maintaining hygiene standards, supervising farm staff, monitoring milk production, and managing farm records through digital systems.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily cowshed operations and cleanliness.
- Monitor cattle health, feeding, watering, and overall welfare.
- Coordinate vaccinations, treatments, and veterinary visits.
- Supervise milking operations and maintain hygiene standards.
- Maintain records of milk production, breeding, animal health, and inventory.




- Handle ERP/software data entry and prepare daily reports.
- Supervise farm workers and allocate daily tasks.

Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Dairy Technology, Animal Husbandry, Agriculture, Veterinary Science, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in dairy farm or cowshed management.
- Good knowledge of cattle care, nutrition, and dairy farm operations.
- Basic proficiency in MS Excel, computers, and ERP/software.
- Robust leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
