Programme Implementation & Operations:
- Lead and support the implementation of programme activities across assigned districts and government schools in Maharashtra.
- Contribute to programme planning and operational systems, including Annual Operating Plans (AOPs), Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), implementation timelines, trackers, and review mechanisms.
- Ensure timely and effective execution of programme activities while maintaining quality standards and achieving desired outcomes.

Teacher Capacity Building & Academic Support:
- Design and facilitate teacher trainings, workshops, orientations, review meetings, and capacity-building interventions related to Foundational Literacy and Numeracy (FLN) and other programme components.
- Work closely with District In-Charges, school leaders, and teachers to strengthen classroom-level implementation and instructional practices.
- Conduct regular school and classroom visits to observe teaching-learning processes, identify implementation gaps, and provide academic mentoring and support.





Content Development & Programme Improvement:
- Translate field observations, classroom evidence, and teacher feedback into actionable recommendations for content enhancement, training design, and programme improvement.
- Design, review, and refine teacher support materials, training modules, classroom resources, implementation guides, handouts, observation tools, and review formats.
- Ensure that all academic content is practical, user-friendly, classroom-focused, and aligned with programme goals and FLN principles.

Monitoring, Evaluation & Reporting:
- Review and analyse programme data to identify trends, implementation challenges, teacher support needs, and opportunities for programme enhancement.
- Prepare analytical reports, programme reviews, presentations, progress updates, case studies, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
