Senior Tender & Operations Executive

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Tender & Bid Management
- Manage end-to-end tendering activities through GeM Portal and various e-Procurement platforms.
- Prepare, review, and submit tender documents within stipulated timelines.
- Develop bid and tender strategies to maximize success rates.
- Prepare standardized tender templates, documentation, and compliance checklists.
- Coordinate internal approvals required for tender submissions.
- Maintain records and documentation related to tendering and contracting activities.
- Monitor tender opportunities from online portals and other market intelligence sources.
- Ensure strict adherence to tender submission deadlines, including document verification, binding, packaging, and dispatch.

GeM Portal & E-Procurement Operations
- Maintain product listings on the GeM Portal.
- Participate in Bids and Reverse Auctions (RA).
- Handle bid submissions, clarifications, and compliance documentation.
- Track tender status and follow up on required actions.

Market Research & Analysis




- Conduct comprehensive market research and competitor analysis.
- Identify market trends, pricing strategies, business models, and growth opportunities.
- Analyze market share, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Collect, interpret, and present data-driven insights to support business decisions.
- Prepare reports and presentations based on research findings.

Procurement & Operations Support
- Coordinate with OEMs and vendors for quotations, technical specifications, and compliance requirements.
- Generate and manage Purchase Orders (POs).
- Support logistics coordination and order execution.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in GeM Portal and e-Procurement Tender Portals.
- Solid knowledge of bid management and tender management processes.
- Experience in online market research and competitive analysis.
- Ability to analyze large volumes of data and generate actionable insig
