We are looking for a energetic and detail-oriented Event Manager who will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing events in Ranchi while also handling merchandisers/promoters for smooth on-ground execution.

Location = Ranchi

Key Responsibilities:
Plan, organize, and execute events (promotions, exhibitions, brand activations, etc.)

Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams
Manage complete event setup, including logistics and operations

Supervise and handle merchandisers/promoters during events

Assign duties, monitor performance, and ensure proper conduct of field staff

Provide brief training and guidelines to merchandisers before events

Ensure branding and display standards are properly maintained

Handle on-ground issues and ensure smooth event flow

Manage event budgets and timelines
Prepare post-event reports and performance analysis

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
