Position: Cashier cum Manager

Salary: Up to 25,000 per month

About the Role:
We are looking for a responsible and customer-focused Cashier cum Manager to manage daily billing, cash handling, store operations, and customer service at our dairy and sweets outlet.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle daily cash, UPI, card, and other payment transactions.
- Operate the billing/POS system and generate accurate bills.
- Maintain daily sales and cash records.
- Supervise day-to-day shop operations.
- Manage and monitor stock of dairy products and sweets.
- Coordinate with staff to ensure smooth store operations.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and service issues professionally.
- Monitor product availability, expiry dates, and proper storage.
- Prepare daily sales and collection reports.




- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and proper presentation of the outlet.
- Support staff scheduling and task allocation.
- Maintain proper opening and closing procedures.

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in cashiering, retail, dairy, sweets, food, or similar business.
- Good knowledge of billing and cash handling.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.
- Positive communication and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to manage staff and daily store operations.
- Honest, responsible, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
