1. Carrying out Incoming, In-process & Final Inspection as per the sampling plan.

2. Maintaining records of Incoming, In-process & Final Inspection.

3. Carrying out process audits as per defined control plan.

4. Ensure timely calibration of monitoring & measuring instruments.

5. To identify non-conformities and raise NCR

6. To ensure timely corrective actions on non-conformity identified are taken.

7. Maintaining 5S & Safety on shop-floor.

8. Conduct supplier process audit as per audit plan.

9. Handle the quality management system documents and be part of audits

10. Daily updating NCR board to be updated on daily basis and weekly report to be submitted to MSA with action plan

11. Review of test certificate and recording observation in inspection report

Recording of customer complaints and timely closing of Customer complaints - Accepting / Denying the NCR, if accepted containment action to be closed on same day or max second day. RCA & CA from team and submission to MSA in 7 working days. Displaying Quality alert in respective areas.

13. Working of PPAP documents

14. Maintaining COPQ data based on incoming rejections

15. Site visit if required to understand any technical issue.

16. Approval to be given consolidated list for material recordings as well as dispatch.

17. Managing team of Quality Control

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹37,000.00 per month
