The Customer Sales Executive is responsible for contacting business owners, explaining the benefits of listing their business on the SetGo App, and assisting them through the registration and listing process. The role focuses on generating new business listings and building robust relationships with local businesses.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact a minimum of 40 business owners daily through phone calls.
- Explain the features, benefits, and promotional opportunities available through the SetGo App.
- Educate business owners on how the platform can help increase customer reach, visibility, and sales.
- Assist businesses in completing the registration and listing process.
- Follow up with interested prospects and address their queries.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and listing status.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure successful onboarding of new businesses.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with business owners.
Daily Performance Targets
- Minimum Answered Calls per Day: 40+
- Trial Listings : 10 Business Listings per Day
- Maintain accurate call and conversion records.
- Ensure timely follow-up with prospective businesses.
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong telephone etiquette and persuasion skills.
- Basic computer and smartphone proficiency.
- Ability to explain products and services clearly.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Ability to build rapport with business owners.
Preferred Qualification
- Plus Two / Degree (preferred)
- Previous experience in telecalling, sales, customer service, or business development is an advantage.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Number of business owners contacted.
- Number of trial listings generated.
- Conversion rate from calls to listings.
- Quality and accuracy of business registrations.
- Follow-up and customer relationship management.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
