Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers and distributors.
- Identify and develop new dealers, distributors, and business opportunities.
- Conduct regular market and field visits across the assigned territory.
- Meet farmers regularly and build a strong farmer network.
- Promote and demonstrate agrochemical products to farmers and channel partners.
- Communicate product advantages, schemes, offers, and promotional activities.
- Support dealers and distributors in increasing product sales.
- Conduct farmer meetings, product demonstrations, field activities, and promotional campaigns.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Collect market feedback and share insights with management.
- Achieve assigned monthly and annual marketing/sales targets.
- Ensure strong product visibility and brand promotion in the assigned territory.
- Coordinate with the sales team to support business growth and market expansion.
- Qualification: B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Agriculture or equivalent.
- Experience: 2-3 years of experience in Agrochemical / Agriculture / Agri-Input / Fertilizer / Pesticide industry.
- Good knowledge of the local agricultural market and assigned territory.
- Strong understanding of agricultural products and farming practices.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to interact effectively with farmers, dealers, and distributors.
- Willingness to travel extensively for field and market visits.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
