We are looking for motivated and hardworking individuals to join our team as Freight Dispatch / Carrier Sales Executives. The role involves communicating with trucking companies and brokers in the USA and Canada to help arrange transportation for freight loads.
Key Responsibilities:
- Search and post loads on freight load boards.
- Call trucking companies (carriers) in the USA and Canada.
- Negotiate freight rates with carriers and brokers.
- Book trucks for available loads.
- Maintain records of calls, loads, and carrier details.
- Build and maintain relationships with carriers and brokers.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth load dispatching.
Requirements:
- Valuable English communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, internet browsing).
- Ability to work night shift (USA/Canada timing).
- Good negotiation and communication skills.
- Freshers are welcome; training will be provided.
