This is a full-time in office role located in Gurugram for a Patient Relation - Domestic. The PR will be responsible Coordinating between hospitals and case manager, handling crm and lead distribution.
Must have:
- Fluency in English
- Knowledge of Hospital Operations & understanding of Medical Terminology
- Excellent Communication skills

- Good listening & perceiving skills
- Quick & assertive in responding to any situation relating to patient treatment
- Must be a Team Player
- Must have the ability to make sales
Preferred/Desired Skills:
- Previous experience in healthcare sector or similar profile would be a bonus.
- Education background in Healthcare/Hospital Administration would be considered
- 6 months of experience in any healthcare
