Urgent Hiring | Purchase Executive - Raw Material (active pharmaceutical ingredients Manufacturing)

Location: Kala Amb, Himachal Pradesh

We are hiring a Purchase Executive for a reputed API Manufacturing Plant.

Key Responsibilities:
- Procure API raw materials, solvents, chemicals, packaging materials, and engineering consumables.
- Float RFQs, compare quotations, negotiate prices, and finalize purchase orders.
- Coordinate with approved vendors to ensure timely material availability.
- Follow up on deliveries and maintain inventory to avoid production delays.
- Work closely with Stores, Production, QA, QC, and Planning teams.
- Maintain purchase records, vendor documentation, and statutory compliance.
- Develop and evaluate new vendors while maintaining robust supplier relationships.




- Ensure procurement activities comply with company SOPs and quality requirements.
- Monitor market trends, pricing, and material availability to achieve cost savings.

Requirements:
- 2-5 years of purchase experience in an API pharmaceutical manufacturing plant.
- Good knowledge of API raw materials, chemicals, solvents, and vendor management.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems is preferred.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
