About the role

Rajaswi Group is a multi-vertical enterprise spanning specialty chemicals manufacturing, a landmark private residential construction project (VillaRaj), and an emerging agricultural venture. With VillaRaj now moving into active execution, we are building a disciplined bill-management and project-accounting function.

This is a hands-on recording and preparation role. You will own the accuracy and orderliness of vendor and contractor bills across the group, with a primary focus on VillaRaj construction accounting. You will not hold payment-release or bank authority — this role is deliberately structured so that recording, certification, and payment sit in separate hands.

We are looking for someone accurate, systematic, and trustworthy rather than flashy. If you take quiet pride in books that reconcile to the rupee, this role is for you.

Key responsibilities

Bill & invoice management
- Receive, log, and record all vendor invoices and contractor RA (running account) bills.
- Match each bill against its purchase order, work order,



and certified measurement/quantity sheet before booking.
- Maintain a live bill register showing status: received → verified → certified → voucher prepared → paid.
- Flag any bill that lacks a supporting PO, certification, or measurement sheet — no bill is booked on trust alone.

Project accounting (VillaRaj)
- Track contractor advances, running bills, retention money, and final settlements.
- Maintain vendor-wise and head-wise cost records (stone, fixings, facade, services, etc.).
- Reconcile material received against invoices and site records.
- Compute and record TDS, GST input, and other statutory deductions on each bill for the CA firm's filing.

Payment preparation (not release)
- Prepare payment vouchers with all supporting documents attached, for approval and release by authorised signatories.
- Maintain advance and retention schedules so no advance is paid twice and no retention is released early.
