Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and well-connected Real Estate Sourcing Manager who will play a key role in identifying, building, and maintaining strong channel partnerships and sourcing quality leads for our projects. This role requires strong market understanding, relationship-building skills, and the ability to align opportunities with our client-first philosophy.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a network of brokers, channel partners, and independent consultants.
- Source high-quality buyer leads for ongoing and upcoming real estate projects.
- Build long-term relationships with partners based on trust and consistency.
- Conduct regular partner meetings, site visits, and project presentations.
- Maintain a robust presence in the local property ecosystem to identify new sourcing opportunities.
- Track sourcing performance, conversions, and partner productivity.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth client handover and closure support.
- Represent the company’s values, ensuring ethical and transparent dealings at all times.





What We’re Looking For
- 1+ years of experience in real estate sourcing, channel sales, or broker management.
- Strong network within the Mumbai real estate market is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and consistent in follow-ups.
- Professional approach aligned with long-term brand building rather than short-term sales.
