Team lead - Sales and documentation Ecole Mentor, Thiruvalla Role Overview

Team lead will be responsible for driving the overall growth, admissions performance, business development, team management, and operational excellence of Ecole Mentor, Thiruvalla. The role will lead student recruitment efforts, build strategic institutional partnerships, develop and manage the admissions team, and ensure smooth branch operations to achieve revenue and growth targets across FRANCE, AUSTRIA, and other international study destinations.

This is a leadership position with complete ownership of branch performance, admissions growth, team productivity, customer experience, and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities 1. Branch Leadership & Team Management
- Build, train, and lead a high-performing admissions and student counselling team for FRANCE AND AUSTRIA.
- Recruit, onboard, mentor, and manage team members to achieve branch objectives.
- Establish sales processes, performance standards, and accountability systems.
- Conduct daily reviews,



team meetings, performance coaching, and target monitoring.
- Foster a culture of professionalism, discipline, customer focus, and continuous improvement.
- Drive team productivity and ensure achievement of admissions and revenue goals.

2. Admissions & Revenue Growth
- Own branch admissions, revenue, and growth targets.
- Manage the complete student journey from enquiry to enrolment.
- Conduct counselling sessions with students and parents regarding overseas education opportunities.
- Ensure timely follow-up of all enquiries, walk-ins, referrals, digital leads, and existing databases.
- Improve lead-to-counselling and counselling-to-admission conversion rates.
- Monitor admissions pipeline, forecasting, and seat utilization.

3. Institutional Partnerships & Business Development
