Generate service appointments and increase workshop vehicle inflow through field marketing activities.
- Follow up with existing customers for periodic maintenance, repairs, insurance renewals, and value-added services.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calls, field visits, and referrals.
- Coordinate with Service Advisors and the workshop team to ensure smooth vehicle pickup, delivery, and customer satisfaction.
- Promote Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC), service campaigns, accessories, extended warranty, and roadside assistance programs.
- Maintain accurate records of customer visits, leads, follow-ups, and service conversions in the CRM system.
- Collect customer feedback, address service concerns, and coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution.
- Achieve monthly targets for service bookings, customer acquisition, revenue generation, and customer retention.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
