Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with campaign objectives.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize strategies to maximize reach and engagement.

Social Media Management
- Manage and grow social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), YouTube, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp Channels.
- Create content calendars and ensure timely publishing of posts.
- Engage with followers and build an active online community.

Content Creation & Copywriting
- Create compelling content including captions, blogs, speeches, press releases, videos, reels, and campaign creatives.
- Coordinate with designers and videographers to produce high-quality digital content.
- Ensure messaging is consistent with campaign objectives and brand guidelines.

Paid Digital Campaigns
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta, Google, YouTube, and other digital platforms.




- Manage campaign budgets and improve ROI through continuous optimization.
- Track key metrics such as reach, engagement, conversions, and cost per result.

Audience Growth & Engagement
- Develop strategies to increase followers, engagement, and supporter participation.
- Monitor audience insights and implement initiatives to improve digital outreach.
- Build strong engagement through interactive campaigns and community management.

Online Reputation & Crisis Management
- Monitor online conversations and public sentiment.
- Respond promptly to comments, messages, and emerging issues.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to manage crisis communication effectively.

Analytics & Reporting
- Track digital marketing performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other reporting tools.
- Prepare regular reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
- Analyze campaign effectiveness and suggest improvements.
