Job Overview
Key Responsibilities
- Create design concepts and presentations for Independent Luxury Villa Interior & Exterior.
- Architecture Interior 2D detailed drawing, and interior design concept.:
- Handle client meetings and coordinate with vendors, contractors, and site teams.
- Conduct site visits and ensure quality execution.
- Search and select materials, finishes, Colour theme, and design elements.
- Manage projects from concept to completion within timelines and budget.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree / Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
- 4 to 6 years of experience in Independent Luxury Villa Interior & Exterior design projects.
- Experience in independent villas, luxury floors, and premium residential projects preferred
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of interior & exterior detailing and architectural design
- Space planning, material selection, and execution knowledge
- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Valuable client handling, presentation, material searching, vendor coordination, and team coordination skills.
Preferred Experience
- Luxury Independent Villas / High-end Residential Projects
- Complete project execution experience
- Strong understanding of materials, finishes & site execution
- Creative thinker with strong design aesthetics
- Detail-oriented and quality-focused approach
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Confident in handling clients and independently managing projects
- Ability to deliver premium luxury interior solutions
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹67,000.00 per month
