Data & Business Analyst

We are looking for a Data & Business Analyst with 2-4 years of experience to support data-driven business decisions and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business and operational data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Write SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data.
- Create dashboards, reports, and MIS using Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
- Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
- Track key business KPIs and provide actionable insights.
- Perform root-cause analysis and investigate business and operational issues.
- Automate recurring reports and manual processes to improve efficiency.
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis based on business requirements.
- Prepare clear presentations and communicate insights to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Product, Operations, Business, and Technology teams on analytical projects.

Requirements:
- 2-4 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Business Intelligence,



or a similar role.
- Strong SQL and Excel/Google Sheets skills.
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other BI tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Positive understanding of KPIs, reporting, and data visualization.
- Ability to translate business requirements into actionable insights.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Good to Have
- Python/Pandas knowledge.
- Experience with Databricks, Snowflake, BigQuery, or similar data platforms.
- Experience in e-commerce, fintech, payments, or technology-driven businesses.
- Knowledge of basic statistics and A/B testing.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,300,000.00 per year
