Roles and Responsibilities:
- Evaluating manufacturing business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
- Leading ongoing reviews of manufacturing processes and developing optimization strategies using Digital Twin and Industry 4.0 technologies.
- Staying up to date on the latest manufacturing processes, Digital Twin platforms, and IT advancements to automate and modernize business systems.
- Leading meetings and presentations to share ideas, business requirements, and findings with internal teams and stakeholders.
- Performing business and functional requirements analysis.
- Documenting and communicating the results of business analysis activities.
- Effectively communicating insights and implementation plans to cross-functional teams and management.
- Gathering critical information from meetings with business stakeholders, engineering teams, and clients and producing detailed reports.
- Working closely with clients, technical teams, solution architects, and project managers to ensure successful solution delivery.
- Ensuring Digital Twin solutions meet business needs and functional requirements.
- Performing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validating business requirements.
- Updating, implementing, and maintaining business processes and standard operating procedures.
- Serving as a liaison between business stakeholders, users, and technical teams.
- Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of project milestones.
