Job Purpose
To manage clients by meeting their requirements and developing lasting relationships. To ensure smooth execution of installation at client site.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Managing and coordinating the assigned projects.
- Implementation of assigned tasks as per specifications and design drawings
- Coordination and monitoring of installations at site
- Supervising contractors
- Liaising with clients and their sub-contractors/Project manager for smooth installation
- Providing technical advice and solving problems on site
- Monitoring compliance with applicable specifications, QC policies,
reporting and performance standards
- Report daily on project status on Base Camp along with site reports and pictures
- Ensuring Health & Safety measures are followed at the site
- Timely escalation of issues, if any
- Internal coordination for movement of finished material
- Responsible for timely completion and handover of the project to the client
Qualifications
- Graduate/Diploma Engineer with site management experience of 2 years
- Good communication and interpersonal skills is a must
- Excellent organisational and supervision skills
- Proven ability in problem solving and negotiation
- Ability to multi-task and meet timelines
- Knows AutoCAD
Working conditions
The job will require commuting between sites in the city as well as inter-city as and when needed. Availability during working hours and, in case of urgency, accessibility on the phone may be required even on holidays.
