We are urgently hiring an experienced SAP MM Team Lead to head our SCM consulting team in Mumbai.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of SAP SCM consultants (must have led a team of 5+ people)
- Allocate tasks, monitor performance, and ensure timely project delivery
- Conduct team reviews, provide guidance, and support skill development
- Act as point of escalation for complex issues
- Gather business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions
- Ensure alignment of SCM processes with business objectives
- Manage project timelines, risks, and deliverables
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for SAP SCM systems
- Ensure system performance, data accuracy, and compliance
- Work across key SAP SCM modules: MM/TM/LE
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 8+ years of SAP experience with strong focus on SCM modules
- Proven experience leading a team of 5+ people
- Preferred skill set: SAP MM (TM and LE knowledge is a plus)
- Strong stakeholder management and business communication skills
- Immediate joiners preferred
Pay: ₹2,500,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
