Job Summary

Imentus Technologies is hiring an experienced B2B Business Development Executive to

drive IT services sales across Web 2 and Web 3 technologies. This role requires hands-on

experience in international client handling, lead generation, deal closures, and revenue

growth. The position is target-driven and suited for professionals who can independently

manage the complete sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify, generate, and convert qualified B2B leads into active clients
- Manage the complete IT sales cycle from prospecting to closure
- Sell IT services including Web 2, Web 3, and Blockchain solutions
- Work on business portals such as Upwork, Freelancer, LinkedIn, and outbound

channels
- Attend IT events, exhibitions, networking meetups, and business forums
- Conduct client meetings, requirement analysis, proposal creation,



and follow-ups
- Coordinate with internal technical teams for accurate solution pitching
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure repeat business
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2-4 years of proven experience in B2B IT / Technology Sales
- Strong understanding of IT services and solution-based selling
- Experience dealing with international clients
- Excellent English communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a target-based, performance-driven workplace
- Strong market awareness and networking skills
- Self-motivated, proactive, and result-oriented mindset

Technology Exposure (Sales Understanding Required)
- Web 2: Websites, Web Applications, SaaS Products, APIs, CRM and ERP Solutions
