Job Title:Business Development Executives - EduTech

Position Overview:
We are looking for experienced EdTech BDEs (1-3 years of experience) to join our EdTech team. In this role, you will engage with prospective students, understand their upskilling needs, provide detailed information about our programs, and enrollment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate leads by understanding students’ upskilling needs based on their interests.
- Provide comprehensive program details over the phone and build a solid pipeline of prospective students.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly enrolment targets.
- Help students navigate their career choices and the importance of skill development.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in Edutech domain.
- Solid communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to perform and meet goals in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,919.44 per month
