Job Description - System Administrator (2-3 Years Experience)About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, servers, and peripheral devices.
- Provide L1/L2 technical support for hardware, software, network, and system-related issues.
- Monitor system performance and ensure high availability of IT infrastructure.
- Perform software installation, upgrades, patches, and preventive maintenance.
- Troubleshoot Windows OS, printer, network, VPN, and connectivity-related issues.
- Maintain and manage IT assets, licenses, and technical documentation.
- Perform regular data backup, recovery, and system health checks.
- Configure and maintain network devices such as routers, switches, Wi-Fi access points, and firewalls (basic level).
- Implement and follow IT security policies, antivirus management, and endpoint protection.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for hardware procurement, repairs, and issue resolution.
- Support onboarding and offboarding activities by provisioning and deprovisioning IT resources.




- Ensure timely resolution of IT support tickets while maintaining service quality.

Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, BCA, B.Sc. (IT), BE/B.Tech, MCA, or an equivalent qualification.
- 2-3 years of hands-on experience in System Administration or IT Support.
- Experience in managing Windows operating systems, hardware troubleshooting, networking, and IT infrastructure.
- Basic knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft 365, DNS, DHCP, and TCP/IP networking is preferred.
- Solid analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
