Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, create, and publish engaging content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and others as required.
- Assist in developing and executing social media strategies to improve brand awareness and engagement.
- Monitor daily social media activity, respond to comments/messages, and support community management.
- Coordinate with the design and content teams to ensure consistent branding and quality visuals.
- Track performance metrics such as reach, engagement, clicks, followers, and conversions.
- Prepare regular reports on campaign performance and suggest improvements.
- Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and competitor activities.
- Support paid social media campaigns and promotional activities when required.
- Assist in planning shoots, reels, short-form videos, and promotional creatives.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice across all digital channels.

Required Skills:




- Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their best practices.
- Valuable copywriting skills for captions, posts, and ad creatives.
- Basic knowledge of social media analytics and performance tracking.
- Familiarity with tools such as Meta Business Suite, Canva, scheduling tools, and basic reporting dashboards.
- Ability to work with designers, content creators, and marketing teams.
- Strong communication, creativity, and time management skills.
- Awareness of current trends, hashtags, and content formats that drive engagement.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media, English, or a related field preferred.
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in social media marketing, digital marketing, or content coordination.
- Internship in social media management will also be considered.
