We are seeking a skilled Buying Professional - Direct Materials to manage end-to-end procurement processes for direct materials and services,



ensuring seamless supplier coordination and process compliance.

Location
- Navi Mumbai - Pawne

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end procurement lifecycle for direct materials/services
- Coordinate with buyers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
- Track PR to PO conversion and order fulfillment
- Monitor supplier performance and delivery timelines
- Handle escalations and resolve supply chain issues
- Maintain procurement documentation and reporting

Specific Focus Areas Include:
- PR to PO conversion tracking
- Supplier confirmation and delivery follow-ups
- Exception handling and escalation management
- Performance tracking (OTIF, lead time adherence)
- Reporting and stakeholder updates

Requirements:
- Experience in direct procurement or supply chain operations.
- Solid understanding of procurement lifecycle and ERP systems (SAP preferred).
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and suppliers.
