Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Tender Identification & Liaison Officer located in Delhi, India. As a Tender Identification & Liaison Officer, you will be responsible for coordinating and facilitating effective communication between different stakeholders, including clients, vendors, tenders’ identification and internal teams. You will also assist in the planning and execution of events, ensuring that all aspects are carried out seamlessly and in accordance with client requirements. Attention to detail, excellent organizational skills,



and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously are key in this role.

Qualifications:
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and build relationships with clients, vendors, and team members

Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate and address any issues that may arise during event planning and execution

Tender Management and Procurement skills

Analytical skills for data analysis and evaluation

Attention to detail and robust organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

Links with Government Officials to create work

Experience in proposal writing for tender submissions

Knowledge of procurement regulations and processes

Knowledge of event management principles and best practices

Strong communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 p
