We are looking for an experienced and dynamic School Principal for Delhi Public School, to provide strong academic and administrative leadership.
- Prior experience working with Delhi Public School (DPS) or a similar reputed CBSE school will be preferred.

Location:Kanke Road,Ranchi

Key Responsibilities
- Provide overall academic and administrative leadership to the school.
- Ensure effective implementation of the CBSE curriculum and academic standards.
- Lead, mentor, and support teachers and academic teams.
- Monitor student performance and drive continuous academic improvement.
- Ensure compliance with CBSE guidelines and statutory requirements.
- Oversee school operations, discipline, safety, and overall functioning.
- Build robust relationships with parents, students, staff, and the school management.
- Drive admissions, parent engagement, and the overall growth of the school.
- Promote a positive, inclusive, and high-performing school culture.




- Represent the school at various forums and community events.

Qualifications & Experience
- Postgraduate degree with B.Ed. or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 10-15 years of experience in the education sector, including significant experience in a school leadership role.
- Strong understanding of the CBSE curriculum, policies, and school operations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
