About the Role
Naturals Beauty Academy is looking for a passionate and experienced Skin & Makeup Trainer to train aspiring beauty professionals. If you have strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a passion for teaching, we'd love to have you on our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Train students in Skin Care, Facials, Makeup, and Salon Professional Techniques.
- Conduct practical demonstrations and hands-on training sessions.
- Prepare lesson plans and training materials.
- Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Guide students for assessments, certifications, and placements.
- Maintain classroom discipline and professional training standards.
- Stay updated with the latest beauty trends, products, and techniques.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Skin & Makeup training or the beauty industry.
- Certification or Diploma in Cosmetology, Skin, or Makeup.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
- Professional attitude and grooming.
₹25,000 - ₹35,000 per month (Based on experience and skills)
