JOB DESCRIPTION IS AS FOLLOWS:
Sales Coordination
- Follow up with prospective clients regarding quotations, proposals, meetings, and project requirements.
- Prepare sales quotations, proposals, presentations, capability statements, and service documents.
- Maintain accurate customer, enquiry, and opportunity records in the company CRM system.
- Coordinate meetings between clients, sales representatives, production teams, and management.
- Track active leads, proposals, follow-ups, conversion stages, and expected project values.
- Support the sales team in meeting monthly and quarterly business targets.
- Coordinate with production and operations teams to confirm project scope, timelines, and delivery requirements.
- Assist with client onboarding, documentation, purchase orders, contracts, and payment follow-ups.
- Maintain professional communication with existing clients to encourage repeat business and cross-selling opportunities.

Marketing Coordination
- Support the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns across Studio52’s websites and social media platforms.




- Work with content writers, designers, developers, SEO specialists, and video production teams.
- Assist in updating website content, service pages, project portfolios, company profiles, and marketing presentations.
- Schedule and publish content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Google Business Profile, and other relevant platforms.
- Support SEO activities, including keyword research, content coordination, page optimisation, and performance tracking.
- Monitor marketing enquiries and ensure they are properly recorded and assigned to the sales team.
- Assist with exhibitions, networking events, industry conferences, client meetings, and promotional activities.
- Conduct basic competitor, customer, and market research to identify current business opportunities.
- Maintain marketing calendars, campaign schedules, content plans, and promotional databases.
