Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed architectural drawings, layouts, and blueprints using AutoCAD, Revit, or similar drafting software.
- Interpret architectural designs, sketches, and specifications provided by architects or engineers.
- Ensure all drawings comply with local building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations.
- Make revisions to plans as requested by architects, engineers, or clients.
- Assist in creating 3D models, presentations, and visualizations to support project approvals.
- Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate implementation of drawings.
- Maintain organized records of drawings, revisions, and project documentation.
- Conduct site visits, as required, to collect measurements and verify design details.

Employer Requirements




- Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience as an Architectural Draftsman (minimum 1-3 years preferred).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or other architectural drafting tools.
- Good understanding of construction methods, building materials, and relevant codes.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and time management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced workplace and meet project deadlines.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
