Job Overview

We are looking for a Business Development Executive (BDE) who can identify potential customers, generate recent business opportunities, understand client requirements, present suitable digital solutions, and convert prospects into paying customers.

Key Responsibilities




- Contact potential customers and understand their business requirements.
- Pitch and sell SDC's digital products and services.
- Promote Official WhatsApp API, Chatbot & Automation, CRM, Digital Marketing, Website Development, and Software Solutions.
- Conduct product/service demonstrations and online meetings with prospects.
- Follow up consistently with leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial offers as required.
- Negotiate with clients and close deals to achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate lead and customer information in the CRM.
- Coordinate with the technical and operations teams for smooth onboarding.
- Build strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Track competitors, market trends, and customer requirements.
- Prepare regular reports on leads, calls, meetings, conversions, and revenue.
