Position Summary

We are seeking a proactive, highly motivated, and relationship-driven Sourcing Executive to join our dynamic Sales and Marketing team. In the Indian real estate context, the Sourcing Executive plays a critical role in expanding our Channel Partner (CP) Network. You will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and managing local brokers, real estate agents,



and independent property consultants to generate a steady pipeline of quality customer leads and drive in office footfall for our ongoing and upcoming residential projects.

Key Responsibilities1. Channel Partner (CP) Onboarding & Relationship Management
- Identify, approach, and network with local real estate brokers, consultants, and agencies across relevant micro-markets (especially Western Suburbs, Vasai-Virar, and Palghar regions).
- Onboard new Channel Partners into the Imperial Lifestyle ecosystem and maintain detailed records of the partner network.
- Act as the primary point of contact for CPs, addressing their queries, coordinating brokerage structures, and keeping them updated on project inventory, pricing, and special offers.BeBee

2. Lead Generation & Site-Visit Coordination
- Collaborate with Channel Partners to pitch Imperial Lifestyle projects to prospective property buyers.
